Deliveries are handled through our courier partners.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours from placement and confirmation. Confirmation is sent via email or phone, depending on the method selected during checkout.
Schedule: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We deliver orders via Sameday with the following options:
Estimated Time: 2–5 business days from order dispatch.
Coverage: Nationwide delivery across Romania.
Estimated Time: 24–48 hours from order dispatch.
Availability: Limited to certain areas, as per the courier’s policy.
Standard Rate: 20 RON for orders under 250 RON. Free shipping applies to orders exceeding 250 RON.
Express Rate: 35 RON, regardless of order value.
Additional Fees: For deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach rural areas, the courier may charge an extra fee, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Exact shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before order completion.
Total Delivery Time: Includes order processing plus courier transit time. Estimated timelines are:
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.
Express delivery: 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB) and a link to the courier’s website, where you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address (including postal code and valid phone number).
Inspect the package upon receipt and report any issues (e.g., damaged packaging, missing items) immediately.
Properly package products to prevent damage during transit.
Hand over the package to the courier within the specified timeframe.
Courier Responsibilities: Once the package is handed over, the courier is responsible for timely and safe delivery.
Incorrect Address: If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed. Please contact us promptly at contact@kombinut.ro to correct it.
Unclaimed Packages: If you are unavailable for delivery, the courier will typically attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a pickup point. If unclaimed after 5 business days, the package will be returned to us, and return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@kombinut.ro with photos and relevant details. We will resolve the issue by replacing products or issuing a refund, as appropriate.
