The online store sells nut butters. All products are described in detail on the website, including information about ingredients, weight, price, and availability. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability without prior notice.
Orders can be placed directly on the website by completing the order form. Customers may order without creating an account, providing only the necessary information for processing and delivery (name, address, phone, email), or by creating a user account.

Free shipping applies to orders exceeding 250 RON.
Delivery is handled by Sameday within an estimated 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. KOMBINUT is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
In case of unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to require advance payment for future orders.
As per Romanian Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, supplemented by Law 51/2003 and EU Directive 97/7/EC, food products are exempt from the right of withdrawal for health and safety reasons.
Products are guaranteed as per the description and shelf life indicated on the packaging.
Any complaints regarding product quality must be submitted in writing to contact@kombinut.ro within 48 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by photos or other relevant evidence.
Personal data provided (name, address, phone, email) is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and used solely for order processing and customer communication.
