Frozen Yogurt with Berries and Cashew

Crunchy frozen yogurt bites, enriched with cashew cream and fresh berries. A healthy alternative to classic desserts, full of vitamins and good fats.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup CASHMERE BEIGE 100% organic cashew cream
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Preparations

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cashew cream, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread it evenly to about 1 cm thickness.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries evenly over the top and gently press them into the mixture.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, break or cut into pieces.

Note: For easier serving, let the pieces sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before consuming.
