Ingredients

  • 1 cup GREEN GOLD 100% organic pistachio cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt 10%
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoons roasted pistachios, chopped
  • 1 vanilla pod (seeds scraped)

Preparations

  1. In a bowl, mix a portion of the milk with the Greek yogurt until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  2. Gradually incorporate 2/3 of the pistachio cream into the remaining milk, mixing to maintain a smooth consistency.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup until well combined.
  4. In each glass, alternate layers of the yogurt-milk mixture and the remaining pistachio cream until the glasses are filled.
  5. Decorate the top with chopped roasted pistachios and a drizzle of maple syrup.
