A soft and satisfying bread, based on eggs and pure bio peanut cream. It is a solid choice in a gluten-free diet, easy to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • 6 teaspoons DEEP OCHRE 100% organic peanut butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pumpkin seeds, for topping

Preparations

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top for decoration.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the bread is fully cooked. Test with a toothpick to ensure it comes out clean.
