Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons GREEN GOLD 100% organic pistachio cream
  • 10 large dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Preparations

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, pistachio cream, and ground cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
  2. Carefully make a slit in each date and remove the pit (if not already pitted).
  3. Fill each date with approximately 1 teaspoon of the pistachio cream cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each filled date with a strip of prosciutto.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wrapped dates seam-side down in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, until the prosciutto is crispy and golden.
  7. Drizzle the maple syrup over the warm dates just before serving.
