Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup DEEP OCHRE 100% organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (monkfruit or stevia, adjusted to taste)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (preferably sugar-free)

Preparations

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a small baking pan (approximately 20x20 cm) with baking paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sweetener (monkfruit or stevia), and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the baking powder.
  5. Add the melted dark chocolate and mix until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
