Protein Peanut Butter Smoothie

An energizing smoothie with coffee aroma, creaminess from organic peanuts, and sweet dates. Ideal for active mornings, it provides proteins and good fats to support daily performance.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons DEEP OCHRE 100% organic peanut butter
  • 200 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla protein powder
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 100 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 pinch instant coffee (for garnish)
  • 2–3 ice cubes

Preparations

  1. Remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
  2. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, coconut milk, organic peanut butter, pitted dates, and freshly brewed coffee.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the smoothie into two glasses for serving.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of instant coffee on top for garnish.

Note: For a thinner consistency, add more coconut milk or water as needed.
